Identify PR opportunities and utilise our local media relationships to publicise staff milestones and achievements e.g. 25th anniversary, new store openings and fundraising initiatives driven by Coles.

Exceeded KPI for pieces of coverage, percentage of stores featured in media coverage and stories on Coles team members’ achievements
