Meg is a creative and strategic PR professional that’s worked across multiple marketing and communication disciplines.
Having spent time at a small boutique PR agency, a national PR agency, and in-house as a PR representative for QT Resorts, Meg knows what it takes to strategically position brands within an extremely competitive market.
In her role as an Account Manager at Hunter, Meg is responsible for day-to-day management and execution of communications campaigns for key Hunter clients including Cedar Woods, St John WA, Forrest Chase, Coles and Heritage Wine Bar.
She has extensive skills in media relations, social media, content creation, digital marketing and influencer management. Her warm and energetic personality has led her to not only develop strong relationships with her clients, but also media locally, nationally and internationally.
Having worked both in-house and in-agency, Meg has a deep understanding of the operating rhythms required in communications environments and is quick to adapt. Prior to joining Hunter, Meg was as the PR professional behind campaigns for the City of Fremantle, QT Perth, Woolworths, Westfield and Old Bridge Cellars.
A career highlight for Meg was responsibility for communicating the $360million redevelopment of Westfield Carousel. Managing media liaison, event co-ordination, media accreditation, content development, social media influencers and on-the-ground media hosting; Meg’s role encompassed a wide variety of disciplines and was crucial to the successful launch of the new centre.
With her passion and exposure to the hospitality industry, Meg has taken on the development and implementation for Hunter’s portfolio of clients in the hospitality industry, including Miss Chow’s, Heritage Wine Bar, Bobeche and Sneakers & Jeans.
Meg holds a Postgraduate Diploma focused in Web Communication from Murdoch University.
