The Hunter team brings together decades of communications experience from across the globe. We work with corporate and consumer clients, offering the experience and credibility of a big firm but with the flexibility of an independent boutique agency.

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for Hunters who are ready to make the next move of their career. There are multiple roles within the agency, so we’re open to a range of experience levels and backgrounds.
This will look like:
Three – eight years of experience in communications (agency or in-house), or media
Someone who live our values: collaborative, brave, determined, strategic, flexible
A media savvy professional who stays across current affairs, media offerings and news cycles, and has an understanding of PR principles
Strong writing skills. Not necessarily as strong as Hemingway, but we are communicators after all, so our newest Hunter will be able to write for a range of mediums is necessary
Being able to manage multiple clients and competing priorities, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

We don’t take ourselves too seriously and are proud that our vibe is to do things a little differently, but don’t let that fool you – our team has been chosen as they are gritty, tenacious, experienced, and intelligent. As a Hunter, you’ll get to cut your PR teeth on some major projects in both the corporate and consumer spaces.
It’s a cliché, but no day is the same at Hunter. We have a dynamic, agile environment and love to work collaboratively with our clients. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll might be working with clients as their corporate reputation manager, content creator, publicist or creative consultant.
You’ll be supported by the Hunters, a flexible working environment and encouraged to showcase your skills, all while learning along the way.
