The Hunter team are thrilled to welcome a new addition to our consumer client portfolio - Pan Pacific Perth.
Launched in 2011, Pan Pacific Perth was the hotel group’s first foray into the Australian market, with the hotel quickly becoming one of Perth’s hospitality mainstays. December 2018 saw the Pan Pacific Perth team unveil a brand new food and beverage offering, including flagship restaurant Uma, led by Executive Chef Alejandro Saravia of Melbourne’s acclaimed Pastuso restaurant. With more exciting announcements to come, Hunter is excited to be coming on board to manage media relations, communications and marketing activities to further spread the word about one of Perth’s leaders in hospitality.
Team Hunter met with General Manager Rob Weeden and his team at Restaurant Uma to learn about Executive Chef Alejandro Saravia’s journey from Peru to Perth, and his passion about introducing Peruvian cuisine to the West Australian dining palate. We can’t wait to get started!
