Hunter has been working with Thermomix since 2016. Our support includes:


Crisis and issues management

Provided issues and crisis management for the ACCC court action announcement and assisted with brand recovery.


This included preparing key messages, FAQs, collateral, internal and external communications plans, real-time media monitoring and response, plus media training and press conference organisation.



Hunter developed two separate, stand-alone websites for Thermomix - Thermomix Facts and Thermomix Possibilities (recruitment) – and completed a content update and refresh for the Australian and New Zealand website.


For each project Hunter wrote copy, sourced photographs, developed information architecture, engaged creative suppliers and supervised technical development.


Content creation

Hunter sourced and directed filming and photography for online marketing campaigns aimed at driving Thermomix recruitment.


This included editing videos, selecting interviews for broadcast, organising shoots in different states and pulling all content together for client viewing.
